Sign up with email or phone. Strong password rules and consent checkboxes.
Open the GlucoRx Voyager app and tap Sign Up to begin creating your account.
Enter your email, password, and confirm password following the password rules.
Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Tap Sign Up to receive a 6-digit code by email, then enter it to verify your account.
Follow these steps to ready your GlucoRx device for Bluetooth connection.
Press the gray button on your GRX Nexus Blue to power it on.
When the blue light flashes, the device is ready to pair.
Tap Continue in the app to connect your device.
Grant the Voyager app permission to connect and communicate with your GlucoRx device via Bluetooth.
When prompted, tap Allow to let Voyager New find and connect to nearby devices.
The app will automatically start scanning for your GlucoRx device.
Once your GlucoRx device appears, add it to complete the Bluetooth connection process.
When your Meter appears with its MAC address, confirm it matches your device.
Tap Add Device to connect your GlucoRx meter via Bluetooth.
Review or adjust your Low Limit, High Limit, Low Alarm, and High Alarm thresholds.
Tap Add to finalize your configuration and complete device setup.
Once your device is paired and configured, it appears under the My Devices list in the Voyager app.
After setup, a message confirms “Device Added Successfully.” Tap OK to continue.
Your connected devices are displayed under My Devices, each showing model name, MAC address, and Bluetooth status.
Import your glucose readings from the connected GlucoRx device into the Voyager app.
Tap Import Readings under your device to begin.
Keep the device near your phone with Bluetooth and GPS ON, and make sure the blue light is blinking. Tap Ready to continue.
The app starts importing readings — wait until the process completes.
Once done, a message confirms “Readings Imported Successfully.” Tap Go to Dashboard to view your data.
Tap the ☰ icon to open the sidebar for Settings, Profile, and Account options.
Tap the (i) icon for quick access to the User Guide section.
The Dashboard displays your imported readings as interactive charts for easy tracking.
When you first open the dashboard, the app asks permission to send notifications.
Tap Allow or Don’t Allow as preferred.
Dashboard displays trends based on your connected device — Glucose, Blood Pressure (SYS/DIA/Pulse), Temperature, Weight, SpO₂, Keton, Uric Acid, Triglyceride, Lactate, and Steps.
Switch between Today, 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, or 90 Days to track changes over time.
Use bottom tabs to move between Home, Devices, Health, and Logbook.
Tap the ☰ icon to open the sidebar for Settings, Profile, and Account options.
Tap the (i) icon for quick access to the User Guide section.
The My Devices screen shows all paired meters and provides quick access to import, add, or remove devices.
Each connected device card displays the meter image, model name, and MAC address.
Tap the Import Readings button to fetch data from the device.
Use the ➕ button to pair a new Bluetooth or manual device.
Tap the 🗑️ icon to remove a device from your list.
Add a GlucoRx Bluetooth-enabled meter to Voyager. Once paired, the app automatically imports your latest readings.
Tap the ➕ icon at the bottom of the My Devices screen. Two options appear — Bluetooth and Manual.
Choose Bluetooth to begin searching for available devices nearby.
A “Scanning…” screen appears with the Bluetooth symbol. Keep your meter turned on and close to the phone.
When a compatible meter is detected, it appears under “Device(s) Found.” Tap the device to connect.
A confirmation pop-up shows “Device Added Successfully.” Tap OK to continue.
Immediately after pairing, Voyager starts importing readings from the new meter. A progress bar shows the transfer status.
When data transfer is finished, you’ll see the updated meter card and latest readings on the My Devices screen.
Once a Bluetooth device is added, you can manually trigger a data import anytime using the Import Readings button.
On the My Devices screen, tap the Import Readings button shown on the device card.
A “How to Import Readings” popup appears.
Ensure:
Tap Ready to begin the import process. The system starts connecting to your selected meter.
The app shows a progress screen labeled “Importing Reading from [Device Name]” with a loading bar.
You can Cancel anytime if needed.
When data transfer completes, you’ll see the message “Data successfully inserted.”
The new readings are automatically synced to the Health tab.
Navigate to the Health tab to view updated results under relevant categories — such as:
If you’re using a device that doesn’t support Bluetooth connectivity, you can still log and monitor readings in Voyager by manually adding it.
Tap the ➕ icon at the bottom of the My Devices screen. Two options appear — Bluetooth and Manual.
A panel titled “Add Non-Bluetooth Device Manually” appears.
Choose the appropriate Category from the dropdown, such as:
Blood Glucose Meter
Blood Pressure Monitor
Pulse Oximeter
Thermometer
Weight Scale
After selecting a category, choose your specific Device Model, for example:GRX Nexus, GRX Go, GRX Nexus Voice, GRX Mini Ultra, GRX HCT, GRX Q, GRX Nexus Pearl, GRX Vivid Meter, or Other.
Enter a Unique Name for your device — e.g., My Home Meter or Clinic BP Monitor.
(This helps distinguish between multiple devices.)
Tap the Add button.
A success message — “Device Added” — confirms that your non-Bluetooth device has been saved.
Remove a device permanently.
Go to the My Devices tab.
All connected and manually added devices will appear under Available Devices.
On the top-right corner of the device card, tap the red trash icon 🗑️.
A warning dialog will appear titled “Are you sure?”
It will display the full device name and MAC ID — for example:
GRX Q Blue Meter (C0:26:DA:42:17:05)
and inform you that deleting it will also remove all historical readings.
In the confirmation box, type DELETE (in capital letters) to confirm.
Tap “Yes, DELETE Permanently” to proceed.
If you change your mind, tap Cancel to abort the process.
Once deletion is complete, you’ll see a confirmation popup:
✅ “Device deleted successfully.”
Tap OK to close the dialog.
The Health tab displays real-time readings from all connected GlucoRx devices and manually added data. Each parameter card shows the latest value, unit, and last updated time.
Tap the Health icon on the bottom navigation bar to access your health overview.
Each card represents a health metric — Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, SpO₂, Weight, Temperature, and others.
Cards show the latest reading, its unit (mmol/L, °C, kg, etc.), and days since last update.
If no readings exist for a parameter, the card displays a dash (–) and the respective unit.
Tapping any health card opens a detailed analytics screen with numerical summaries and visual charts.
Example: Tap Blood Glucose to view detailed insights.
Displays your latest reading (e.g., 7.7 mmol/L), time since last reading, and time range filters — Today, 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days.
Shows Lowest, Average, and Highest values within the selected range.
